AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR THREE SUCESSFULLY COMPLETED PROJECTS
Earlier this year, we successfully completed the renovation of three hotels in Belgium: Augustin, Orange and Hotel Ostend. Here is some basic information about the progress of these works, as well as some pictures. You can find more pictures on our website under References.
In the hotel Floris - now called Augustin, in Brussels, we completed the renovation of 49 rooms, including bathrooms, corridors and public spaces. We replaced the carpeting and tiles, did the electrical installations work, painted the walls and ceilings, supply and install new glass parts and arranged garden. The hotel smoothly operated during the almost one year renovation and also got high guests ratings.
Before Christmas we also completed the construction and equipment work at Orange, which lies next to the city of La Louviere. This part of the hotel has 7 fully furnished apartments on the ground floor, 19 rooms on the first floor and 5 rooms on the second floor. Rooms are unique and offer a special kind of comfort and pleasure. The works started in October, when we made a plaster walls and ceilings, proceeded with installation of a special curved glass showers and sliding doors and completed the installation of entrance doors and furniture.
In January, the renovation of the breakfast room was held at Ostend, in the Belgian coastal town of Oostende. Firstly we and our architects took care of the preparation and drawing of the proposed amendments, which were made in accordance with the wishes of the investor and the hotel manager. Then we made plaster walls, ceilings (also suspended), replaced windows and at the end assembled the furniture. The result, which is also visible in the pictures below, is a modern, warm and friendly breakfast room, which has already received its first guests at the beginning of February.
